Arizona Call Line and Modest Means Program

Arizona Call Line and Modest Means Program. The Arizona Foundation for Legal Services & Education and the State Bar of Arizona, in partnership with the Maricopa County Bar and Pima County Bar Associations and the state’s three LSC-funded programs (Community Legal Services, DNA-People’s Legal Services, and Southern Arizona Legal Aid), have initiated a new contact center called LegalLearn. The call line provides Arizonans a one-stop place for legal aid and reduced fee services, including a new Modest Means program created by the State Bar and the Foundation. Callers who meet eligibility requirements are provided a list of attorneys practicing law in the caller’s area of need. These attorneys have agreed to meet with the client for one hour at a flat rate of $75; if the attorney wants to take on the case, they will continue the $75 hourly rate.
