How to Apply for Services

In Maricopa County:

The Central Phoenix Office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday with evening hours by appointment.  You may apply for services by telephone or by visiting our offices.

To apply for services by phone
, please call 602-258-3434. Our eligibility telephone lines are open from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.   Please push 6 to apply for services.  After that, follow the prompts for your general legal problem area – 3 for Family Law; 4 for Housing; 5 for Consumer Law, and 6 for Benefits and Employment Law.

For those walking-in to apply for services, you will be asked to complete an Intake Eligibility form.  Please know that there is no guarantee that you meet with an advocate at the time you apply for services.

If you need an interpreter (for a language other than Spanish) or any other special requirements, please contact CLS before you apply for services, so that arrangements can be made to meet  your special needs.

Community Legal Services, Inc does not handle criminal matters, traffic tickets, personal injury, malpractice, code citations, or estate/probate matters.

In Mohave, Yavapai, Yuma and LaPaz Counties:
